Seasick
Seasick is a short sapphic novella following a mermaid named Ophelia and an Irish Fisherman's daughter, named Maeve off the coast of Ireland.
Ophelia has been watching Maeve from afar for years, she finally finds the courage to introduce herself, unfortunately a dangerous force enters their lives, threatening to tear them apart.
Algae Blooms
Algae Blooms is the first book in a novella series I am currently working on.
A Fungal blight is destroying all food sources, Aminita, a microbiologist who specializes in mycology, is the last human at her research site in the upper regions of Ontario, Canada.
She is looking for a rare algae. One she had only ever encountered in a remote lake her mother had brought her to during a scientific expedition. When Aminita meets Fern the guardian of the lake, her race to find a cure takes an unexpected turn.
